Uses In order to, Definition and Example Sentences

Especially while writing English, we can use the structure of “in order to” to declare our goal or purpose.

We can say that it is used to explain why an action is done. In this way, we connect two sentences each other.

Examples:

  • I will do my best in order to teach you English.
  • He got up early in order to catch the plane.
  • In order to be rich, you must use your mind.
  • I will go to Englandin order to improve my English.
  • They met in order to get information from each other about the project.

  • I went to shopping in order to buy a new jeans.
  • In order to play the game, we must have two computers.
  • We will save money in order to buy a new house.
